Returns & Replacements
You may return or replace a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.
- All regularly stocked items, except consumable products, can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange may not be possible.
- Repairs for products damaged due to wear and tear may be considered at management discretion within 6 months of purchase.
- Management has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods before offering repair, exchange, or replacement.
- Upon request, and at our discretion, defective or faulty items may be exchanged for identical items or items of equivalent value.
- For security and personal safety, CCTV cameras may be in operation on the premises.
- The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.

Promotions, Events & Special Items
Some products and promotional purchases may have specific return or exchange conditions.
- Items originally purchased as part of a promotion may be returned, but the promotional discount may be adjusted.
- For example, if an item is returned from a “50% off” deal, your refund may be recalculated based on the retail per-piece rate of the products you keep.
- Products purchased outside stores at exhibitions or sale events will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Some products may be exclusive to the online store or available for a limited time only, so exact replacement may not always be possible.

Faulty Or Incorrectly Supplied Orders
If your order was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please inform us as soon as possible.
- If you wish to return a faulty or incorrectly supplied order for refund or exchange, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
- Returned products should be brought in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.
- If you receive an item that is defective, such as delivered with ripped, missing, or damaged parts, it may be returned for replacement or full credit upon approval.
Approval depends on product assessment and management review. Please contact Customer Service before returning any item.

Refund processing depends on the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are processed by crediting your account within 7–14 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take 2–7 additional business days.

Cash On Delivery
Our Customer Service team will initiate a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7–14 working days.

Bank Wire
A bank wire transfer will be arranged to the account of the person who placed the order within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Return Conditions
To qualify for return, replacement, or exchange, the product must meet these basic conditions.
- The item must be in unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A purchase receipt, valid ID, and return authorization may be required.
- Consumable products and selected special-sale products may not be eligible for return.

Shipping & Collection
Shipping and collection options may vary based on product type and location.
- Al Saed offers free shipping for certain products within Oman.
- For selected items, shipping charges may apply, up to a maximum of 50 OMR.
- Collection from our branches is free of charge.
